These are tasty and so easy to make. I mix up a batch and freeze the shaped balls, just pop in the oven when I need a fast bring something food.

2 cups Bisquick
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1lb sausage

I use Jimmy Dean Hot sausage, it's not greasy and the sausage flavor comes through. I was surprised the hot flavor was not strong at all.
Mix the ingredients together.

(I use my mixer with the curly hooks. I don't like putting my hands in food)

Roll into balls about 1 1/2" round, they will rise and bake bigger then the size you roll. Place on cooking sheet.

(I line the sheet with parchment paper so I don't have to wash the pan)

(I found it's a lot less messier to use disposable gloves to form the balls as the mix does not stick to the gloves.)

Bake in 350º for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
