My daughters have decided that I need to make throws for a different holiday each year. And coordinating pillow covers to match. Eventually they want all the holidays covered. They like to decorate and change up for the different holidays.

My oldest is the only person I know that has boxes and boxes of July 4th decorations. LOL And nice stuff too. She likes different colors then traditional for Christmas. We all were involved in selling Christmas ornaments for the past 20 years or more. Just stopped two years ago. We spent all year packing and shipping, as well as making ornaments, then doing craft fairs every weekend from late summer till December. By the time you get home and can decorate your own house, the last thing you want to see is traditional colors. My oldest fell in love with the Disneyland Small World Christmas decor, all bright pastels. She packed away most all red and green stuff and started collecting pinks and greens and yellows and blues, etc. She just recently added red back into her theme. SO she was thrilled with her throw because I found something that was different, and in her color palette.

I had such a good time searching out what I thought would fit each daughter. Now I need to start searching for something different and fun to make Halloween throws for next year.
