Hi Nadine I have Lupus Diagnosed when I was 31 Years I am now 64 I have good days and Bad days my hands are not as strong as they use to be my arms hurt and my legs hurt all the time and I stay cold all the time. some days I don't want to even get out of bed But i am going to just hang in there and do the best i can and Pray alot. take of Yourself.
