Didn't know Bisquick had a gluten-free mix. How are the recipes?
The recipes on the box are very similar to what I remember. It doesn't quite work cup for cup with regular recipes, it seems to thicken more and need a little more liquid. They do have some more recipes on the website, but not all of the ones in my cookbooks. I used it with the leftover mashed potatoes after Thanksgiving and it was delish!
