Just another way if fixing Stove Top.I cooked onion & celery in a bit of butter or broth, added a dash of sage & maybe chopped giblets.....then stirred into ST.Very tasty.

Thanks for all the ideas. I will use the stove top dressing, as we like it.Also the balls of foil to keep meat out of juices. Another meal idea is born. LOL.
