Most drs only do the one test that tests for epstein barr which will always be positive if you have ever had mono before. But the mono can still flare into the active stage again.

Yes, mono brings on my fibro flares but it also has its own distinct symptoms that aren't the fibro. I can always tell the difference.

My suggestion would be to get tested again for the mono in a few weeks and see what your numbers are.
