The first month in the RV, I realized that I needed a roaster oven. Just keep it in the basement, set it up under the awning when in use and I'm a happy camper! Love being on the road, but those tiny little ovens are a joke - have even considered tearing it out and putting in an apartment size range, but that's for another time at this point. I use the roaster for anything that the crock pot doesn't look like it's capable of handling, have even baked pies in it.
