I would put some celery and carrots and a couple of potatoes in there so the chicken is sitting on something besides the crockpot bottom. it should make its own juice and take on the flavor of what it is cooked with. I was looking for a lip smacking smilie, but couldn't find one to add to this. Darn! Jan
