I bought one in May and was happy with it, but in October the automatic thread cutter button quit working so took it back in to get it fixed. They sent it off on October 18th and have yet to get it back. I checked again Friday and they said the "keyboard has to be replaced and is on backorder". I'm not very happy. I can't understand why it would have to be backordered since it was not a discontinued model and only purchashed it six months ago.
