I have two of my quilts hanging in those, they were really popular several years ago. Mine has a heart for the back board, then 2 (looks like 4" wide by 4" long) pieces nailed to that straight out.They look to be about 4" apart. Then a wooden bow fixed on those 2 ends. You take one end of your quilt and pleat it accordian like and push it up thru those 2 pieces and fan it out at the top.
