I use fleece for the cuff.About 7 inches wide and the length of stocking top +1.5 inches, folded in half. Turn stocking inside out. Line cut edge of cuff with edge of stocking. Start in the center back and sew around the stocking top. When you reach the heel side of the stocking, slip the hanger in between the cuff and the stocking, with the loop toward the heel. Keep sewing until you get back to the center back.Trim threads,turn it all right side out, fold the cuff into position. Easy to embroider too if you want.?s, pm me.
