Then I got a Singer with the Sphinx on it but it is not so clean and doesn't work as the electrical is in rally bad condition. Then I purchased a White and it also really needs a good cleaning but the wireing is in horrible condition. Now my question is if I will ever be able to sew on these as I am really leary of the wiring or is there a way to re-wire them? Also Billy do you have a web site?
They all can be fixed I am sure, I bet it would not take much. It is not hard to rewire them and they should all be put back in service with a little effort. If you want I could do it for you if your leery of working on them.
And I have not set up a web site yet and probably will never set one up. Although my wife wants me to do it, I come from the school of your actions speak loader than words. Thats why I never advertise and let word of mouth bring in my business.

I see that you work on electical stuff. I have several old machines, that need work done. My hubby can do the work if I can get the parts for them.
I am waiting till after Christmas to get them out but I am getting very anxious after reading this thread. (I've only gotten through about 15 pages or so.) I have a lot of catching up to do.
