Me too. I put the pecans on a cold marble slab with 4 small almonds as "legs" and pour melted caramel over each one, then when chilled I pour melted chocolate over the oval blobs.
The chocolate covered cherries rarely last long enough to give as gifts. I adore them, both red and green cherries. Green ones are from fruitcake mixes. Hard, dark chocolate over them, yummy!! I don't like the juice in the commercial ones.
