I recently was given a quilting tip I would like to share. For an inexpensive stablizer, use coffee filters. They are acid free and can be bought at the dollar store. I have tried them and they work great. They iron flat and they tear away very easily. Does anyone have any helpful, money saving hints they would like to share?
