Welcome! I, too, am from Muncie, Indiana! Right now I live in Southern California, but I was born in Muncie. Lived there until I was 26. The Quilting Board is a great place to visit. You will learn so much about quilting, and there are a lot of quilters out there to share projects with and answer your questions.
