Went to our local Flee Market and bought a jar. It was great we all loved it, have went back several weeks now and lady has not shown up again with it. On the lable it says eggplant, oil, vinegar, garlic salt, and spices. I hope one of you lovely ladies can help with the recipe. I also think she canned it as it was in a mason jar and sealed.
