I have two favorites; a simple Libby's Pumpkin Pie and a very simple pecan pie. Nothing to making them, and they come out perfect every time. Family goes wild and I can't keep them around long enough so that means there's no waste. In fact, it is almost that time to start making a few more. No problem. I love these two recipes. I use Pet Ritz frozen pie shells in the shallow size.
