Pat's Chocolate Cheesecake
1 box chocolate cake mix or any flavor you might want, vanilla is good too.
heat oven to 325
Cake Batter
1 c cake mix
2 8oz pks cream cheese room temp
1/2 c sugar
1 c milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla
in a large bowl beat the above for about 2-3 minutes until totally smooth.
Crust
remaining cake mix
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
in a bowl mix the remaining cake mix, egg and oil. it will resemble cookie dough. press into the bottom and 1/2" up the side of a greased spring form pan. Pour batter into crust.
Bake 45 minutes shut off oven and leave the cake in the oven for an additional 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
