My DH bought anti-fatigue mats to go around my longarm quilt machine....it's a gift every time I stand on them. You also might want to consider an Accuquilt machine, an Ottlite, a fun thread collection or a shopping spree day (gift cards for gas, lunch and the quilt shop). Good luck deciding!!! She will love anything you do, especially if she finds out that you went through this effort for her.
