Hello everyone. Have been reading "board" for long time but now time to step forward. I currently live in CT but moving to GA very soon. Recently retired and plan to make use of a embroidery machine I bought 5 years ago in anticipation of time to sew, embroidery and quilt. I have almost made one quilt top (lap size) but that's it folks. Local quilt shop in town I am moving to offers classes and have made my plans for classes. And today I discovered the joy of starting a stash - oh my stars but that was fun. Shop right down the road - all fabrics $2 a yard and although selection is not large, fabrics are lovely. Okay I will stop after this one thing. I don't understand all the abreviations used - some I have figured out but please keep in mind some newbies aren't too good at this.
