Actually I was mistaken. I have this recipe to make later, but today I made the following:
Soda Cracker Candy
Soda Crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz choc chips
Line a med cookie sheet with foil and oil it everywhere. Cover the cookie sheet with soda crackers. Boil butter and sugar together for 2 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread around. If crackers move try to put them back in place. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle the choc chips on top and return to the oven until the chips melt. Take out and spread around. Cool in fridge until cool and set up. Break into pieces and enjoy.
These are really good.
