Thanks so much everyone! The pattern is by Maple Island Quilts and is called wallet and grommets.
I think I should have smoothed down the yarn fringe a little on the sides before taking the picture. It doesn't look that poofy in person. LOL!
I think the hardest part of the pattern was to cut the large holes in the fabric for the grommets. That was scarey since I had never done that before.
