I like white on white prints - or white on natural and white on tan - they go with a huge variety of other fabrics! :)

Batiks, novelties, 30's repros, contemporary, calicoes, turkey reds - and they're available in 120" wide fabric, so you can back a lot of different kinds of quilts with them.

One of my quilts that is in perpetual UFO status is made of 3" and 6" Drunkard's Path blocks in w-o-w (w-o-n & w-o-t) prints and 30's repro prints in a wide color palette for a scrappy look.

I backed one antique Grandmother's Flower Garder with white-on-tan, a two-fabric Eastern Star with white-on-white and the quilt that I'm finishing right now has a lot of white sheeting on the top and I'm backing it with w-o-w. The print gives a little subtle interest to the back and camoflages little bloopers in the quilting. :)

Is there any particular style of block that you're looking for? Lots of really beautiful quilts out there with white and just one other fabric. :)
