I too have this problem. Will try some of the remedies mentioned here and hope they help. Thanks. I also spend the winters in Fl. and am in the salt water pool every day for 1 hour. By the time I go home in May, my nails are beautiful and last til about Oct., before they start to peel again. So maybe something to the salt.
