First off ladies, never clip your nails always use a nail fils and file in one direction, not back and forth. Drink lots of water and if your cuticles are dry put lots of hand cream on them, slip them into a plasic bag and whap your hands in a towel. The warmth will soften them up. If you have someone to help you put a towl in the microwave to warm it up then wrap them up. Why do I know this, it is because I am a nail tech and hair dresser. OraLee
