When we need a simple green vegetable that isn't quite a salad, but isn't a hot dish either, we take 2 to 3 cans of french-cut green beans, drain well. Make one package of Good Seasons Italian dry mix salad dressing with apple cider vinegar & Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Let salad dressing sit & mellow for several hours, shaking every hour or so. Add salad dressing to the green beans, & mix well. Let beans marinate for several hours, stirring often. Serve chilled.
