Mim, the doctor told me the same thing. Well, insulted I was as I know I am 70 but don't feel it so now, I am so glad to be reading here to see that others have the same problem and there are more solutions to finding out how to deal with this. WalMart here I come looking for information for nails. I use to have beautiful nail when younger but then we also have to realize there are others older than me out there and they have beautiful nails. The Endo doctor told me it is probably from the heart attack and that I am a diabetic and have a goiter in my neck.
