hysterectomy at 40 at now at 45 in the middle of it. Herbal supplements have worked wonders. I kept both my ovaries but they seemed to just "quit" afterwards. I've been thru the "hot" spell too. One summer I don' think I left the house cause it was so hot outside that the minute I walked out the door I was dripping wet even though everyone else was comfortable. Then one year I froze to death, walked around in long john, 2 prs socks all winter. I'm more comfortable now thank goodness. Just kick the covers off at night and I'm good. Anxiety though is still about to kill me. I hate that part the worst I think.
