I have the Alto Quilt Cut 2. It is great and not as expensive as the Accuquilt. Massages and facials are a great gift and something she probably wont get for herself. You could also look into a spa that has an all day pampering where she could get the works, including make up. Then you could take her out to dinner or something to show off the new do.
