I went for 7 months once without a cycle and started and went for two weeks. I stopped and I have not seen anything since 17 months. I take no hormones or andy supplements. No one in my family has ever gone through menopause except me because they all have to have hysterotomies. I thought I would go crazy some days and some days I knew I was already there.
