a pizza cutter is great on brownies, and any bar cookie you make. I guess we are old fashioned - we use wax paper a lot to line pans with fudge - give a good 6-8 inches on each end and use that for lifting out of the pan.
I do it the same way...my son's girl friend was watching me one day and stopped me. Couldn't believe what I was doing. She does it the same way now.
