You'll need a longer ruler. You can use the 9 degree or the 10 degree ruler for this , but the ruler needs to be at least 25" long and it looks like a big dresden plate ruler. The 10 degree will give you larger curves, but only a tad larger than the 9 degree ruller will. Good luck on your table runner.
