Here's one of my favorites recipes for a potluck or party:
3 simple ingredients:
Meatballs (buy a bag ready cooked in the frozen food section-don't worry about thawing-will thaw as the dish cooks)
1 Can of whole cranberry sauce (not the jellied kind)
1 Jar of Pace Picante sauce
If enough time ahead: mix all 3 ingredients in a crock pot. Cook until heated through & then keep warm & serve in the crock pot.
or - mix all 3 ingredients in a bake dish & cook in the oven (350*) until heated through & then can keep warm & serve at the potluck in a crockpot.
