Brought this to a pot luck yesterday & everyone loved it. Looks like you slaved over the stove but it's simple...

Mexican Fiesta
Ingred.
13 Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (16oz.) jar Thick & Chunky salsa
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion (optional)
1 small can sliced ripe olives - drained

Preheat oven 375 - melt 2 TBL butter/marg in glass 13x9 pan
Tilt to coat evenly
Separate dough into biscuits - cut each into eighths.
Place biscuit pieces in large bowl.
Toss with salsa & spoon evenly into coated pan
Sprinkle with cheese, peppers, onions, olives

Bake at 375 for 35-45 min. ~ until center is set & edges brown
Let stand 15 min. then cut into squares.
Serve with additional salsa if desired.
Enjoy!
