Zesty Cheese Sausage dip
1 16 oz. pkg. hot pork sausage (bulk) (bob evans or jimmy dean)
16 oz. pkg velveeta, 1/2 c. diced sweet green and red pepper, 2 diced tomatoes, 1 can green chilies, drained.
Brown and drain sausage, melt velveeta on low on stove top or in microwave safe bowl. Then mix all ingredients together, serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
