The thread I used is "Crushed Grapes", a King Tut thread, which the owner of my LQS disliked a lot and had to tell me straight away, when I showed her the finished quilt. YIKES! First I was shocked and had to sleep over it to digest it, the next day I was fine with my choice again. Taste is nothing to fight about, is it?
Your quilt is gorgeous! And phooey on LQS owners who tell us they don't like a certain color. I'm glad we can each have our own opinion! I like the King Tut thread & haven' found many to dislike!!
