we don't use those rules any more; just the list showing who's turn it is/was and what was chosen. we've been selecting blocks on the 1st and 15th of each month.
you don't have to be on the list to make the blocks. you aren't obligated to make any you don't like, or to post pictures of the blocks you make (although we ALL hope you will. :P )
if you'd like a turn picking a block, send Boo a PM and she'll add you to the list.
