I want to make my daughter a quilt for her birthday on jan 4th 2012 :) I honestly think this might be how long it takes. I used to read this book to her when she was little and she mentioned how much she loves it. I have absolutely no idea how to put this together. I would love it if someone can direct me to steps for a beginner. My secret santa gave me some great iron on applique sheets (she must have been reading my mind) I think that first step is to make a templete would you make one center piece and match fabric to the book???
