Today my local quilting group had a christmas party. It was awesome mostly.

We have a big potluck, and after lunch we exchange presents. Everybody brings at least one(I brought 22) and we stick them on A huge table. Nobody really knows who brought what, so there are some gag gifts. It is still talked about many years ago, when there was a foot long potato donated! I sent a potato, carrot and onion this year ;)

Very fun and I love it! This year was sad, because one of the quilters had to go to the hospital, she fell down the stairs and severed a artery. I was one of two people who saw her fall :( She is one of my favorite quilters. She is most likely going home tonight, so there shouldn't be complications. Her name is Marilyn, and prayers would be welcome so if she doesn't go home that her cat Penny would be taken care of.
