hope you ironed lightweight interfacing on before you cut ! makes it so much easier to cut. you might waste some interfacing, but it is easier than trying to do it after cutting on those goosey shirt fabrics.

Yes and no. Yes I cut before putting on interfacing, but not to the exact size I needed. I cut out the front of the t-shirt by cutting along the sides, around the sleeve seam, and around the collar. Not being precise. Just trying to get general piece out. I ironed and pressed the piece smooth. Then I cut out a piece of interfacing as wide as the piece of fabric and pressed it onto the back. And finally I trace and cut out my 16.5" square.
