To finish my "get healthy" goals :D I finished 2 this year; I quit smoking in March and cut Diet Cokes to only 2 a day over the summer. For 2011 I want to:
- Eat 4 or 5 servings fruit/veggies per day
- Take a vitamin daily + Calcium
- Stop ALL Diet Cokes
- Drink 6 to 8 eight oz glasses of water a day
- Exercise at least 4 times a week
- Go to bed earlier!! Of course then my "Midnight Owl" buddies on Live Chat would miss me...LOL :D
If I can do these, I honestly will be in good shape I thing :D
Easier said than done I know.
