Oh my gosh! They are sprinkler tops for bottles to sprinkle the clothes before you iron them. Thank goodness they are rare! Who wants to iron?! Pressing is another thing but ironing! I remember (boy am I dating myself) my mother "sprinkling" the laundry and rolling it up in a ball and refrigerating it because she didn't have time to iron at the time. My goodness! The memories are flooding back!
