I've made this so many times I have some shortcuts. The dough is very sticky so I let my mixer do all the work. After mixing the ingredients together I change to a dough hook and add just enough flour to where to is easy to roll out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sometimes I add dried fruit to the dough. I use a pizza cutter to cut the dough after the first baking into strips. I don't like it as dry as the store bought so I bake the strips until firm enough to not crumble. They are the perfect not too sweet tea or coffee break snack.
