Oh I thought it was interfacing. Well, good. It means I got the right stuff. I press it to one piece of fabric at the beginning, then take the paper off and assemble everything else. I don't press it to activate the other side until they are done.
I thought it would be easier to cut 24 squares of the web with a rotary cutter. If forgot about the paper....I might just do it with scissors.
