Well. I had to defer to my 6yo son. On our way home tonight he announced that he wanted to "make something". The recipe was "a secret" (meaning he didn't know yet ;)) but that it included chocolate. So with a little guidance, but no recipe, he actually created some really good chocolate cookies!! He named them his "Huny Choklit Cookys" I'm so impressed and proud. They seriously turned out really good. Having him help me cook seems to be paying off!
However, I still want my pumpkin pie squares. Tomorrow is MY turn. I hope I don't have to start fighting for kitchen time.... ;)
