I use 2 bags of white chocolate chips melted in microwave, one box (8) smashed candy canes and 1/2 t. peppermint extract. This covers a large cookie sheet and when broken apart will fill 3 or 4 of those little Chinese food take-out boxes that you can get in Christmas patterns. Really a nice "little something" to give at the holidays or as a hostess gift and it takes about 10 minutes to make one batch.
That's a good recipe. The one I posted makes a ton--well, two pounds.
