I just made 3 denim, (throws) backed with fleece. I tacked out with yarn. Love the rustic look, Have to use pliers (IF) you use the extra thick. Then they have some really cute ones with designs that EVERYONE likes. I believe it's 60 inches wide. myself I enjoy working with it. The one I finished today had 4 inch squares of Denim with 4 inch cotton squares of Mickie Mouse. Naturally no batting. I use old pants for the denim. My family love them, toss around no worry & fuss because it cost $$$$$$.
