One of my sisters will hang on to a quilt as long as she can possibly do so even though she had intentions of giving it away from the git-go. She'll come to your house to visit it too. My other sister can't even remember how many she's made or who she's given them to. And I guess I'm somewhere in between....I give almost everything I make away, but I do have my own. Nothing cuddles as well as a hand made quilt! My children love my quilts & they don't care how many they accumulate. No grandchildren & looks as though there will never be any, but quilting for charity takes care of that need in me.
