My sashing is 4" and has 2 borders on each side of about 5". The top and bottom have two borders each of about 7 1/2". I think those are the measurements, too tired and can't remember.

Anyway, I have more blocks I am working on for other quilts and if I only need 12 for a queen, then I would need less for a twin, right? Anyway, if any of you would help me figure this out, that would be great.
The top of a queen is 60"x80" long. So I guess if you were making a minimum of a 20" block it would work and then sashing etc. for the drop. The top of a twin is 36"x72".
