I had to laugh at this. My dear Mother (died in '81)used Vicks on everything. We used to swear she'd use it to fix a broken arm. Never heard of using it on the feet though. I'll try that and pass this on to my kids and gr-kids.
unfortunately my mother used it to coat her stomach from the inside!
